Return Policy

The following are the policies to be eligible for return requests after shipment/ receipt of goods:

*Orders are returnable within 7 working days starting from the day the goods are delivered to you if they are incorrect, damaged or defective.

Refund Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@dnawrld.com.

Goods are eligible for a return if the following are applied:

Incorrect:

The item is not the item you ordered. Wrong colour is different from what is indicated on the order summary, or there are missing items inside the packaging.

Damaged:

The items are found to be damaged upon receipt. Items has been tampered/refurbished or modified. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges to return goods.

Returned items must meet the following requirements:

  • The item must be shipped back to us within 7 working days upon receipt. (as proved by the postal or courier receipt).
  • You have proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).
  • Item must be in new condition and returned in its original packaging and free gifts received with it. All packaging must be unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  • Item must be returned in the original box (or with, at least, suitable packaging) to protect the Product from damage during return delivered.

Change of order and cancellation of order will not be permitted once payment has been confirmed. Any cancellations due to a change of mind will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to reject any cancellation, refund that deemed unfit or unreasonable. 

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds only for damaged, faulty, or mistaken items of purchase. We don’t offer cash refunds: instead, we exchange for the same item if available or another of equal value.

We truly hope you’ll love your EVER bag as much as we loved creating it. Each piece is carefully crafted and checked before leaving our hands — but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

 

 

All Sales Are Final

As a small brand, we’re unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, colour preference, or general wear and tear.

Please take a moment to double-check your order before confirming your purchase.

 

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your bag arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it.

Photos of the item and packaging

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (depending on stock availability).

 

 

Conditions for Returns

The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

Items showing signs of wear, stains, or tampering cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is confirmed defective/incorrect.

 

 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
