We truly hope you’ll love your Ever bag as much as we loved creating it. Each piece is carefully crafted and checked before leaving our hands — but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

Delivery Schedule

All orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.

Orders placed on other days will be processed on the next shipping day.

Delivery times may vary depending on courier service and destination.

Example:

Orders placed on Monday will be shipped on Tuesday.

Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on the following Tuesday.

All Sales Are Final

As a small brand, we’re unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, colour preference, or general wear and tear.

Please take a moment to double-check your order before confirming your purchase.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your bag arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it.

Photos of the item and packaging

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (depending on stock availability).

Conditions for Returns

The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

Items showing signs of wear, stains, or tampering cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is confirmed defective/incorrect.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
