We truly hope you’ll love your Ever bag as much as we loved creating it. Each piece is carefully crafted and checked before leaving our hands — but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:
Delivery Schedule
• All orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.
• Orders placed on other days will be processed on the next shipping day.
• Delivery times may vary depending on courier service and destination.
Example:
• Orders placed on Monday will be shipped on Tuesday.
• Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on the following Tuesday.
All Sales Are Final
• As a small brand, we’re unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, colour preference, or general wear and tear.
• Please take a moment to double-check your order before confirming your purchase.
Defective or Incorrect Items
• If your bag arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it.
• Email us at info@dnawrld.com with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging
• Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (depending on stock availability).
Conditions for Returns
• The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
• Items showing signs of wear, stains, or tampering cannot be accepted.
• Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is confirmed defective/incorrect.
Refund Processing
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
